Davis Spring Home

Davis Spring is located just north of Hwy 620 on Parmer Lane (just south of Avery Ranch). It is a master planned community with homes built from 1994 to 2002 by builders’ Standard Pacific, Newmark and David Weekley. Most homes typically range from 2,000-4,200 square feet and are priced from the low $200′s to mid $300′s.

The Davis Spring community features a community pool, playground, basketball court, picnic areas and tennis court.  There are gorgeous “heritage oaks” throughout the neighborhood, and it’s located just 1 mile south of Brushy Creek Lake Park.

The schools for Davis Spring are in acclaimed Round Rock ISD and are Patsy Sommer Elementary, Cedar Valley Middle School and McNeil High School. There is also the Holy Family Catholic School which serves children pre-school to 8th grade which won a “Blue Ribbon” award in 2006 for schools ranked in the top 10% in the US.
