Brazos Place Condominiums are a another re-purposed building that has been converted to residential use.  Originally designed as a hotel in 1948, it was later state office building before becoming a condominium in 2008.  I personally find the lobby of Brazos Place a very beautiful area and appreciate it’s openness and design.
