Mueller is a stunning example of what can happen when local government and the community work together to create.  Mueller (pronounced “Miller”) Several years ago, the last planes departed Mueller and work began to dis-assemble the old airport and turn it into a thriving new urban community.  Located only 3 miles from downtown Austin, the are now includes retail, restaurants, health care, and multi-family housing along with a large range of single family homes.

Affordable houses started in the mid-100′s when they were launched.  Last year, the Austin Parade of Homes was a Mueller featuring homes that were priced well into the millions.
