Delwood & Windsor Park

Delwood is one of my favorite areas in Austin for home buyers right now. If I were in the market for an affordable home close to downtown, this is where I would buy. Homes here were built in the mid century and feature mature trees, good sized yards, and the convienience of the Muller Redevelopment.  Great deals can be found here!  Only 3 miles to downtown Austin, you have great access to everything that makes Austin “AUSTIN!”
