Sushi that is!  Minds back to where they are supposed to be people.  

I was walking Town Lake (whoops, I meant Lady Bird Lake – don’t know if I’ll ever get used to that) and noticed a new business coming to downtown in the 2nd St. District that sounded interesting.  It’s called “How Do You Roll” and I can’t wait to try it.  If you are a sushi fan, like yours truly, it ought to be an experience worth trying.  If the food turns out to be as good as it sounds, I’ll be a repeat customer.

The concept works something like this.   The customer selects the ingredients from a list that includes different types of meats, wrappers (seaweed or soy), veggies and those selections are placed into a machine that turns out a nice perfect roll.  Prices are reasonable, under 10 bucks for most rolls.

Jenn and I are spending the day at the MaxAvenue member training today. This comprehensive system of buying and selling will allow us to do a better job of serving our clients. Buyers will be confident they are making the right decision using the most relevant data available.
